Send the dimensions, the budget and the date you need it open. We come back with a floor plan, an itemised quote and an installation window. Schools, clubs, clinics and facilities can pay on a purchase order.

Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually the day after you order. Nothing about your order is ever sent by text message. If two business days have passed with no email, check the junk folder, then write to us.
Can I return it?
Yes — within 180 days of delivery, opened or unopened. Email us for instructions before shipping anything back; parcels sent without them can go astray in the stockroom.
How long does a refund take?
We refund the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Will I be re-billed?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal on this site, and we do not keep a card on file.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at present. Orders ship within the United States only, including APO and FPO addresses.
Is AuraIgnite right for me?
We cannot answer that. We are a retailer, not a clinic — ask your physician, particularly if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or manage a health condition.
Can you invoice a team or a school?
Yes. Call the counter. We handle written quotes, purchase orders and New York tax-exempt paperwork for schools, clubs, clinics and municipal facilities.
Do you repair equipment you did not sell?
Usually. Tell us the make, the model and what it is doing, and we will say honestly whether it is worth the service call.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message, or use the opt-out form. It takes effect immediately and changes nothing about ordering, returns or support.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to fulfil your order and to run the text list if you joined it. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
