Option 01 — fastest

Reply STOP to any message you have received from ADVANTAGE SPORT & FITNESS, INC. You will get one final confirmation and nothing after that.

Our system also accepts END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL. Case does not matter and neither does a stray space. Reply HELP if you want the program details instead of an exit.

Option 02 — this form

Remove a Number

Use this if you no longer have the message, changed handset, or want a number removed that you no longer use. You do not need to have ordered anything.

Allow up to 24 hours for any message already queued to clear. Standard message and data rates may apply to a reply you send. If a message still arrives after that, email hello@healthhubfitnessplan.com with the number and we will deal with it by hand.
